What’s been happening:

When I graduated in 1970 with an Honors degree in English with a minor in Biochemistry, I didn't think I would be returning to Penn State. In December, 2008, I earned an MS degree in Agronomy; I plan to use this new degree to help Pennsylvania make the transition from petroleum-based fuels and industries to biomass and renewable energy. Pennsylvania's farms, large and small (even those under 10 acres, have the land capital to develop renewable energy. I am proud to use my Penn State training to be part of our solution in renewables.
